Excellent location near train station

Convenient but Needs Some Improvements

The location is fantastic, just steps from Ostbahnhof. While staff interactions could improve, the onsite bar and lounge offered a great space to unwind. Pro tip, Bring your own toiletries for a more comfortable stay!

Facilities were great! Super clean and modern double room. Wifi was excellent. everything was very convenient and accessible.

Utilize the community kitchen to prepare your own meals. It’s a great way to save on dining and meet fellow travelers.

great location but needs better room upkeep

The quad room had a wonderful city view and offered ample space for our group. Breakfast featured many delicious options, making mornings enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my short stay at this place. the bar had delicious drinks and the chill area was a perfect spot to relax after a day out. Between the cozy lounge chairs and the fun game room, I found it easy to unwind here. The only thing I noticed was that my room could have used a bit more cleaning, but it didn’t really affect my overall experience. 😊

I really enjoyed the communal kitchen and the relaxing bar area. The buffet breakfast was a great value, and the bathrooms had soap, which is a plus! I'd definitely come back again!

This place is fantastic! We loved exploring the East Side Gallery right across the street. The kids enjoyed the bar area with games. We found it super easy to get around with the train station just outside the hotel.

My children wanted a little more space in the room. It would be great if they could offer family rooms designed better for kids’ needs.

The hotel offered a good selection of breakfast, including milk alternatives. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with daily bin disposal. The location was excellent, just minutes from Ostbahnhof station and right across from the East Side Gallery. Wi-Fi connection in my room was reliable and the staff spoke English fluently.

There was some confusion over breakfast access rules and the shower door didn't close properly.

The room was compact but comfy, with a good sound isolation, so I didn’t hear much outside unless the window was open. Each bed had a little shelf, a power socket, and a light, which was nice for a dorm setup. It felt a bit small, but it didn’t bother me much since I was mostly out exploring Berlin. The cleanliness was solid, and the vibe in the hotel was fun and lively.

The hotel's modern decor created a refreshing atmosphere, and the common areas were spacious and easy to navigate. I appreciated the elevators and wide hallways, which made it convenient for seniors like me to move around comfortably.
